Green Mortgages – Best Rates Available:
- GreenA 3 Year Fixed rates start from 3.00% for LTV ≤50% 1
- Green 2 Year Fixed rates from 3.15% for LTV ≤50% 1
- Green 5 Year Fixed rates from 3.20% for LTV ≤50% 1
Standard Variable Rates:
- 3.75% for LTV ≤50%
- 3.95% for LTV >50% ≤80%
- 4.15% for LTV >80% 1
Fixed Rate Options:
- 1-10 year fixed rate options available
- Rates start from 4.40% for 1-year fixed (LTV ≤50%)
- 10-year fixed rates range from 5.05% to 5.30% depending on LTV 1
High Value Mortgage Option:
- Special 4-year fixed rates available for mortgages of €250,000 or more
- Rates from 3.70% for LTV ≤50% 1
Important Notes:
- The highest interest rate on the market is currently more than double the lowest available rate 2
- For a €350,000 mortgage over 30 years at 3% rate, first-year interest would be approximately €10,400 2
- Fixed rates are influenced by longer-term interest rate outlooks, and rates may change as we progress through 2025 6
For all mortgages, AIB includes valuation fees of €150 and €65, plus a €60 security release fee at the end of the mortgage term in their Annual Percentage Rate Charges calculations 1
